I am a Computer Science undergraduate at the University of Cambridge, with a focus on full-stack development, AI applications, and software systems. My experience includes building responsive interfaces, secure authentication, serverless backends, and reliable integrations with large language models.

I also have a strong interest in visual design and human psychology, particularly how they influence the way people use software. I enjoy bringing engineering and design together to build applications that work well and are intuitive to use.

I use AI tools throughout development and am interested in how coding agents can support that work, as well as how to build reliable AI features into products.

Experience

Munich Re America ServicesJun 2026 – Sep 2026
Data Analysis & Engineering Intern
  • Built an internal search portal that helps teams across the organization discover and access enterprise data sources.
  • Catalogued insurance data into the internal data marketplace, writing SQL to profile, validate, and document source tables.
  • Built Power BI dashboards across several business data sources to support reporting.
HalowayApr 2025 – Present
Founder & Software Engineer
  • Built and operate an AI-assisted writing platform for college applications (Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL), with 200+ users including paying customers. I am responsible for product development, database design, billing, and AI features.
  • Built the AI orchestration layer: an ordered provider fallback chain over Gemini (Vertex AI and AI Studio), streaming responses, fail-closed daily quotas per feature, and per-run token and latency logging.
  • Built the internal admin platform as a separate Next.js app with TOTP 2FA, three Postgres roles for least-privilege access, an append-only audit log, and tooling for support and billing.
Gradescout2024 – 2025
Frontend Engineer
  • Designed and implemented responsive interfaces for gradescout.live, an academic analytics platform used by thousands of students.
  • Integrated real-time grade tracking and data visualization with the existing backend, with responsibility for frontend components and performance.
Skywaze (now Cinesis.ai)Summer 2024
Product Engineering Intern, Harvard Undergraduate Ventures-TECH
  • Joined a VC-backed startup through an intensive accelerator; shipped the company's public site and contributed to product and go-to-market decisions alongside the founding team.

Programs & Community

HOPE (Hackers on Planet Earth)Aug 2026
Conference Participant
  • Attended a multi-day hacker conference, exploring AI agent security, digital privacy, and post-quantum cryptography through talks and workshops.
  • Learned about securing AI systems through least-privilege permissions and credential management, alongside practical sessions on Wi-Fi security, USB hacking, and electronics.
Discover CitadelMar 2026
Selected participant · Citadel | Citadel Securities spring week program
  • Selected for a spring insight program in London; placed 2nd in a team-based mock trading competition and presented a long/short equity pitch.
USACO Guide & Competitive Programming Initiative2023 – 2025
Director
  • Directed programs for the largest open-source competitive programming education platform, scaling the Clubs Program from 190 to 340+ schools and 12,000+ students worldwide.
  • Co-organized the USACO Guide Informatics Tournament (480+ competitors), owning logistics, problem workflows, and sponsor prizes.

Hackpost Guide2023 – 2025
Founder & Engineer
  • Built and scaled a hackathon-resources platform to 2,500+ users across 80+ countries, owning the full stack from architecture to deployment, and organized a 100+ participant event on top of it.

Education

University of CambridgeBA (Hons) Computer Science (Tripos), Fitzwilliam College. Expected graduation June 2028. Coursework spans algorithms, object-oriented programming, discrete mathematics, databases, machine learning, digital electronics, and computer graphics.
